Certain high-accountability professions in which a standard of health and safety must be retained may require specific assessments for concerns of impairment or advocacy. If you are a professional who has been referred by your employer or licensing board, or if you have concerns regarding your own professional standing, Modern Mental Health has the experience to help you.

Our providers perform evaluations required for physicians, nurses, and pharmacists, and we often work with the Illinois and Indiana licensure boards. We also have long standing relationships with the Illinois Professionals Health Program (IPHP) and the Lawyers Assistance Program (LAP) to coordinate treatment and advocacy. Modern Mental Health also welcomes referrals by corporate employee assistance programs (EAPs) for assessments or clearance for employment.
