How do I update a credit card using the RXNT patient portal website?

When you’re ready to pay your balance due, you can use the website link received by email or text message. Or you can login below with your Patient Account #, Last Name and Date Of Birth:

If Modern Mental Health has charged your credit card previously you will see the account listed under the Choose Credit Card dropdown box. The last 4 digits of the card and expiration date along with the billing address will appear. Click on the blue Submit button in the bottom right corner to complete payment with the selected card.

If you are adding a credit card for the first time or you are changing your preferred card, switch the Choose Credit Card drop down box to Select.. and then complete all of the boxes with a Red Star *
